The process of Foreclosures is usually a lender, obtains a court ordered termination of a mortgagor's equitable right of redemption. The lender cannot secure that they can successfully repossess the property  when this equitable rights exists, so the lender seeks to foreclose the equitable right of redemption. It begins when a borrower/owner fails on loan payments usually mortgage payments and the lender files a public default notice.


This year Foreclosures in the Seattle area are increasing but were still below foreclosure figures in other cities, according the one of the leading foreclosure property marketer. By hiring and training thousands of new employees, loan servicer's are trying to catch up to the overwhelming customer's request. Through customer financial hardships banks are also trying to sort it.

About Lake Union Foreclosure



Lake Union is a freshwater lake wholly in Seattle, Washington city limits.

Origins

A glacial lake, its catchment area was dug 12,000 years ago by the Vashon glacier, which also created Lake Washington and Seattle's Green, Haller and Bitter lakes.

Leisure


Union Lake Scenic views and proximity to Seattle to make it a popular recreation spot. Kayaking is popular in the warmer months. Operated by Kenmore Air seaplanes land and take off the lake several times a day during the summer. Pleasure boats from Lake Washington, passing through on their way to Puget Sound. Center for Wooden Boats holds a yearly festival, a long vessel.

Parks

Gas Works Park is the largest park in Lake Union, and the most popular Seattleites and visitors. This is a place where summer concerts and one of the two big July Fourth fireworks show in Seattle. Other parks ring the lake, going clockwise and starting with Gas: the North Passage Point Park, the South Passage Point Park, Fairview Park, Fraud, Terry Park, South Lake Union Park.

Seaplanes

Lake Union host a large number of seaplanes, and in particular Kenmore Air.

Houseboats

Beautiful houseboats line the east and the west side of Lake Union. To this end, sleepless in Seattle, character played by Tom Hanks lived in one of these boats. [1]

Links with other bodies of water

Part of the Lake Washington Ship Canal system, water flows into the lake from Lake Washington through the Montlake Cut and the Fremont Cut through on its way to Puget Sound. Prior to the construction of the Canal, to empty into Lake Union, Salmon Bay, which followed the creek through the course of approximately the same as the Fremont Cut is not today.

Salinity

Since the connection through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, the salt water in Puget Sound, some of the saline contamination, which worsens in the summer, when the rate of inflow from Lake Washington and the locks open for pleasure boats more frequently.

Geography

The three main streets in relation to the Lake: Westlake Avenue, which runs along the western shore away from the Fremont Bridge; Eastlake Avenue, which is along the eastern shore from Cascade to the University District, and Northland Way, which runs along the north shore of the University District from the past Gas Works park side of Fremont.

A number of neighborhoods for its name from the lake: Eastlake, Westlake, Northland, South Lake Union (not South Lake), and Montlake.
