The
process of Foreclosures is usually a lender, obtains a court ordered
termination of a mortgagor's equitable right of redemption. The lender
cannot secure that they can successfully repossess the property when this
equitable rights exists, so the lender seeks to foreclose the equitable
right of redemption. It begins when a borrower/owner fails on loan payments
usually mortgage payments and the lender files a public default notice.

below foreclosure figures in other cities, according the one of the leading
foreclosure property marketer. By hiring and training thousands of new
employees, loan servicer's are trying to catch up to the overwhelming
customer's request. Through customer financial hardships banks are also
trying to sort it.

About West Seattle Foreclosure
Seattle is a mountainous area west of Seattle, Washington, encompasses all of Seattle west of the Duwamish River. It was adopted as an independent city in 1902 and annexed to Seattle in 1907. Among the region's attractions are its saltwater beach parks along Elliott Bay and Puget Sound, including Alki Beach and Lincoln Park among others. The area is also prized in its excellent views of the Olympic Mountains to the west and the Cascade range east.
The highest point in Seattle is both the Gatewood neighborhood, adjacent to the appropriately named High Point neighborhood West Seattle, the visibility of the 35th Avenue SW and S.W. Myrtle Street is 520 feet above sea level. The hill is dominated by two large water towers.
Alki Point is traditionally credited to the point where the Denny Party founded Seattle prior to moving across Elliott Bay, which is now Downtown. Landing at Alki has a similar reenacted every year since 1950 as part of the colorful, week-long celebration of Seattle Seafair Sea, Russian and Spanish interests. Seafair coincides with the much older Hi-Yu festivities now called the West Seattle Junction Street Festival.
The heart of West Seattle is an intersection of California Avenue SW and SW Alaska Street, called the "Junction," the center of a lively business district. West of Seattle also has two significant intersections have been note: the Admiral Junction in Northern Peninsula, where California Avenue SW and SW Admiral Way meet, and the Morgan Street Junction at the south of the Fauntleroy Way SW, SW Morgan Street and California Avenue SW intersect. The Westwood Village shopping center between the SW and SW Trenton Barton streets in the south end of the region, which has undergone several makeovers and now provides template-like shopping experience, including the box stores and large chain bookstore of their country.
Washington State Ferries is the dock that the Fauntleroy neighborhood, with service to Vashon Island and Southworth on the Kitsap Peninsula. A ferry also shuttle between the Duwamish Head and downtown Seattle.
